last week, feb 9 was the last time I complained about the headset I bought online.Explanation:I bought a headset last week and what I receive was a pair of broken headset that didn't work, So dissatisfied that I complained to the seller and want refund. thankfully the seller was a good listener and apologize to what happened that I feel a little bit better and more better after complaining and hearing that she's gonna fix things up and deliver what I really order in time with a freebie of phone keychain for inconvenience. Yes, I'll recommend and will always now buy from her because she's actually good at service although first there's was a mistake anyway she fix that up.
