1. Imagine you are an employer of a company. There are two applicants left after previous screenings. But you need only one to fill in the vacant position. Whom are you going to choose? Is it the applicant with very good credentials besides being an honor graduate, but during the interview, he appears to be arrogant as seen on his ways or actions; or is it the other applicant who is just an ordinary graduate but seems to be humble and sincere as what is projected in the interview?
Answer:
I would choose the other applicant who is just an ordinary graduate but seems to be humble and sincere.
Why?
Because in company, being humble, interactive and sincere are the assets of a company. It doesn’t have to be the another applicant who’s arrogant for his honor grade and not devoted to his position as a part of pulling the company up. This kind of attitude will just reflect disgrace to the company, that’s why my decision would be hiring an average applicant with devotion and sincerity to his/her job
